I just added in new information that Sheri sent today - everything is up to date.

Colognes and Hairspray
Please refrain from wearing cologne, perfume, hairspray, etc. We have people in the Chorus who are sensitive to scents.
Diet Mindfulness
Always a fun topic – Please avoid gaseous and pungent foods such as beans, garlic and onions. The reasons should be obvious.
Parking @ Harkness
We have been given the green light to park anywhere on campus, even if there is a “No Parking” or “Reserved” sign. Parking WILL be allowed on the grass opposite the front door of the Chapel. Hurray!! Some of us will park our cars there as a guide for others to follow.
Coats, Purses, Etc.
On concert evening, all coats, purses & bags should be put in the downstairs room. Nothing should be placed on or behind the altar or on the pews in front.
Concert Formation
As many of you know, it can be a tight squeeze to get us all on the steps. Please be courteous to your choral neighbor as they may be having difficulty seeing Mark. If you are in need of a chair please contact Kathy Walburn.
Preparing Your Music
If you haven't done so already, it is now time to sing with your music in your black folders. Please paper clip your score so that you can seamlessly turn from movement to movement. Also, please watch the soloists when they are performing and do not follow along in your score during their songs.
Please make sure your props for 12 Days of Christmas are in your folders or where you may easily access them.
“Back of the House”
Kathy Walburn is the Production Manager for this event. Kathy will work with Mark Singleton and Rich Dumas (the ECSO Personnel Manager) with regard to orchestra placement and furniture configuration. She will also be working with our recording engineer, Jim McNeish, about microphone placement, and with Bill Hathaway about the toys. If you have questions about the logistics of the stage, or need a chair, please talk to Kathy.
“Front of the House”
I will manage the front of the house, including the box office (which will be staffed and organized by Jane Falivene and Judy Grady), the Ushers, and the doors.
Toys for Tots
Bill Hathaway is managing the Toys for Tots collection. If you have any questions regarding toys, please ask Bill.
PLEASE: If you are willing to help in a certain area you must check with that coordinator first so that you can be given proper information and direction!
Bottom line………. HAVE FUN!!
